By using heritagepaintbody.com or our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Estimates

All written and verbal estimates from Heritage Paint & Body are based on visible damage at the time of inspection. Hidden damage discovered during disassembly may require a supplement to the original estimate, subject to insurance approval and customer authorization.

Repair authorization

Repairs will not begin until you provide written or electronic authorization. By authorizing repairs, you confirm that you own the vehicle or have authority to authorize repairs on it.

Insurance claims

We work with all major insurance carriers but are not an agent of any insurer. You remain responsible for your deductible and any amounts not covered by your insurance policy.

Warranty

Heritage Paint & Body warrants its workmanship and paint for as long as you own the vehicle. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, neglect, abuse, environmental conditions, or normal wear and tear. The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

Storage fees

Vehicles not picked up within 5 business days of repair completion may be subject to a daily storage fee. Heritage will contact you in advance before storage fees begin to accrue.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heritage Paint & Body's liability for any claim related to repairs is limited to the cost of the repair. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
